Hi Sam,
This is a long over due e mail to say Thank You for all the service and help you have given me over the previous couple of years.
When I came to see you about 18 months ago the professional service was second to none, even though at that stage I decided not to replace my hearing aid. The good news was that you had left such an impression, I was not about to go anywhere else when eventually I did replace my worn out aid!
Generally, I am not shy of spending money, but I must say that the amount required to upgrade my hearing aids did surprise me! The most important thing I learned from you was that there was no point in doing half measures. Although this would have 'saved' money, in the long term it would not have!
You not only took time to understand my job and the demands which came with it, but also my lifestyle and my approach to technology.
The results, as you assured me, have been nothing short of outstanding! The money was very well spent and (again) as you assured me, your prices are exceptionally keen.
Any one with a hearing loss knows only too well what the downsides for them are, but it is difficult to fully appreciate the effect your own hearing loss has on family and friends. You made close friends with my wife, children and other mates without ever knowing them!
The Epoq RITE Power W is an unbelievable piece of technology. With Bluetooth technology used more and more, I can tell you that I would have been very upset with myself if I had not followed your recommendation. The hearing aids are funky, fashionable, stylish (having chosen the graphite silver / black colour) and brilliant in use. Even the streamer is has the same design and style as the latest MP3 players (and could easily be mistaken for one!)
I was expecting the Bluetooth to be a bit clumsy, far from it! I not only use the technology for work, but also for leisure like MP3 music, Satellite Navigation, and you even connected my home phone and TV through my hearing aids. The benefits are endless. This is where you correctly understood my attitude to leisure and work.
I would go as far as to say that anyone without Bluetooth hearing aids is living in the past
There is no one thing which stands out as the best thing about my new hearing system, it is all brilliant! My life has changed, however dramatic that may sound. My awareness of situations, my speed in replying to banter and hushed conversations are all very different now. I can even watch TV on mute after my family have gone to bed.
Thank you again for taking the time and being very clear about which was the best system for me. Thank you for the exceptional service, after sales care and visits.
