Glad we could be of service

The phone call came in at 8.30 am in the morning just as we were leaving for the first client visit after the school run.

The day was already jam packed with appointmnets so when our 92 year old client in Warwick told us her aid was dead and she was on a coach trip in the morning, we knew we had to pull the stops out. So Paul Bennett shot over there and brought the aid back to await my observations.

I knew the aid wouldn't be broken ...its a Widex... they don't do that sort of thing!!! and as I thought it was blocked with wax and needed a new wax trap which isn't so easy for a 92 year old to change. So we repaired it cleaned it and had it back with her the same night....and received an Easter Egg in thanks, which was very much appreciated by the Bennett children.

This lady has a wonderful sense of humour...when she booked the appointment she booked it about 8 weeks in advance and we were told under strict instructions to call her a few days before coming, just to make sure she wasn't dead!!! xxx lol - its clients like this who make your day with their humour.
