MY HEARING BLOG !!!!

Hello
My name is Sam Bennett and I have been a registered dispenser for near on 14 years...and I love every minute of it.
I think its fantastic the way the new technology has evolved and what we can now achieve for clients with their hearing problems, the assistive equipment is brilliant to help support in areas where the aids alone aren't effective.
The continual education scheme is excellent..it makes us better at what we do. This year I am qualifying to perform ear syringing so anybody with a wax problem please call. Last year I studied and qualified as a hypnotherapist and stress manager.. believe it or not it really helps when fitting hearing aids as you work with what the client offers rather than telling them what to do,, basically taking it at their speed, and potentially offering more back up but hey, isn't that what it s all about when you provide a service?
As you can see i love my job, which helps when you've got over 20 years left to retire...if ever!!!xxx
The aim of my blog is to daily update any viewers with interesting clients (no names) and situations and outcomes...good and bad, and keep you updated on new technology from all manufacturers.
My advice to you if you're not hearing well, with or without aids, is to call me and if I can't help I will point you in the right direction.
