Tyler-Jayne Woolman

Managing Director

A qualified audiologist and hearing aid dispenser, Tyler oversees the smooth operation of all Hear4U branches, ensuring that every customer receives the highest standard of care. She is also skilled in a range of earwax removal techniques, including water irrigation, microsuction, and endoscopic microsuction.

Tyler’s leadership and commitment to exceptional hearing care make her the driving force behind Hear4U’s success.

Emma Grogan

Business Development Manager

Emma is the Business Development Manager at Hear4U, based in our Hinckley branch. Since joining the company in 2020, Emma has quickly become one of the key figures behind our growth and community connections. Her deep understanding of Hear4U’s values, combined with her passion for driving our mission forward, ensures we stay true to our roots while continuing to grow. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends and discovering new places.

Roger Stokes

Audiologist

Qualified and registered as a hearing aid audiologist, Roger specialises in hearing aid dispensing and a range of expert earwax removal techniques. He has been with Hear4U since 2018 and leads our Leicester branch while also offering home visits across Warwickshire. With over 25 years of experience, Roger’s dedication to personalised hearing care makes him a trusted professional in the community.

Harriet Varney

Audiologist

Harriet is a skilled hearing aid dispenser at our Hinckley clinic, with a strong passion for audiology and patient care. A qualified earwax removal specialist, Harriet’s clinical expertise is matched by her compassionate and patient-centred approach. Her dedication to providing the highest quality hearing care makes her a valued member of the Hear4U team.

Niteen Patel

Audiologist

Niteen is an audiologist with over 10 years of experience. Growing up in a family of medical professionals, he values ethical and patient-focused care. At the Newark clinic, Niteen provides clear advice, strong support, and prompt assistance to enhance patients’ hearing. He believes that hearing care requires careful attention and always strives to provide patients with the best service possible.

Sukaina Momin

Audiologist

Known to many of her patients as Suki, Sukaina has worked in hearing care since qualifying in 2019. She is trained in ear wax removal using microsuction and irrigation techniques and has experience across different clinical environments. She is passionate about providing ethical, patient-centred care and helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and listened to throughout their appointment. Her calm and friendly nature helps put patients at ease.Outside of work, Suki enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, sports, and exploring new places. Patients often describe her as warm, caring, and someone who genuinely values the wellbeing of others.

Donna Greenway

Hearing Care Assistant

A certified Hearing Care Assistant with a wealth of expertise in diverse techniques of earwax removal, Donna Greenway boasts over two decades of experience in this field. She has been working with the company since 2019. Not only does she currently operate across 2 of our Hear4U branches, but she also supervises our Earwax Removal Course delegates during their practical training. Donna is one of our most esteemed and experienced earwax removal specialists.

Cath James

Hearing Aid Dispenser

Cath graduated from De Montfort University in 2020 as a Hearing Aid Dispenser and received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Dedication. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is committed to helping every patient find the right hearing solution with confidence and care. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their hearing journey.Outside of Hear4U, Cath enjoys volunteering as a lock keeper at the historic Foxton Locks, where she enjoys meeting people and supporting one of Leicestershire’s most well-known landmarks.

Natalie Taylor

Reception Manager

Natalie is the Reception Manager at our Leicester branch and has been with Hear4U since 2021. Known for her outstanding customer service and management skills, she ensures everything at the clinic runs smoothly. Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with her family, going on camping trips, and taking long walks with her dogs. Her friendly, down-to-earth nature make her a cherished member of our team.

Stacy Norman

Reception Administrator

Stacy has over 20 years of experience in the social care sector, she is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every patient feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Her warm, friendly nature helps create a relaxed and supportive environment for patients and their families.Outside of Hear4U, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog. She is also a dedicated rugby fan, holding a season ticket at Northampton Saints, and actively plays, coaches, and volunteers as secretary for her local rugby club.

Lianne Carter

Reception Administrator

Lianne is the welcoming face you’ll see when you walk into our Hinckley clinic. With excellent people skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others, she makes every client feel comfortable and cared for. She handles appointments and enquiries with efficiency and ease, and has an exceptional ability to listen and respond to clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Lianne enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Jacqui Bott

Receptionist

Jacqui is a welcoming receptionist at our Hear4U Newark clinic, supporting patients with appointments and day-to-day administrative tasks. With a background in business administration, she brings a practical and organised approach to her role. Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys spending time in nature and expressing her creativity through painting and drawing. Calm, friendly, and approachable, she helps ensure patients feel comfortable and well looked after when visiting the clinic.

Alicia Anderson

Receptionist

Alicia is a friendly and approachable receptionist at our Newark clinic. She supports patients with appointments, enquiries, and everyday clinic admin. With a background in business administration, she brings a calm, organised approach to the front desk. She’s passionate about giving back and has been involved in several charity challenges. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys cooking and writing, and is currently training as a therapist in her spare time. Always welcoming and happy to help, she makes every visit to the clinic feel comfortable and well-supported.

Samantha Robinson

Reception Administrator

Samantha joined Hear4U in 2026 and enjoys welcoming patients to the clinic with a friendly smile and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit. Her background in customer-facing roles, including running her own dessert business, has given her a strong passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive experiences.Outside of work, Samantha enjoys baking brownies, blondies, and cookie pies through her own small business. She also loves travelling with her husband and two children and hopes to return to horse riding in the future.

Nicola Maguire

Reception Administrator

Nicola brings a wealth of customer service experience, having worked across finance, construction, and corporate client services before joining Hear4U. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome and ensuring every visit runs as smoothly as possible with her calm and approachable manner.Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her grandchildren whenever she can. She also has a keen interest in target shooting, making the most of her spare time with family and hobbies she enjoys.

Rebecca rejoined the Hear4U team in October 2025, bringing her welcoming energy to our Leicester clinic. As the first friendly face you see, she manages patient appointments and is always on hand to answer any questions before your visit. Outside of work, she loves socialising, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying her holidays.
