I did some research on the internet, I wanted a hearing aid that was completely invisible because I didn’t want to let people I worked with knowing I was wearing a hearing aid. Phonak Lyric came up, and Sam’s name came up in Hinckley. I live in Hinckley so it was very convenient.
When the lyric was inserted it was very quick to actually get it working and it wasn’t too difficult. We did a test run with it to make sure it was going to be suitable.
Thoroughly recommend them. The ability to hear clearly and immediately was brilliant.
