Hear4U have been operating out of this satellite hearing centre (Paul Lewis Opticians) for a number of years to offer hearing services to residents in central Northampton and the surrounding areas.
Our satellite centre based in Kingsthorpe, Northampton is ideal for clients who don’t want to travel to or unable to get to one of our permanent hearing centres for:

This hearing centre is usually manned either weekly or fortnightly (dependent upon demand).

Free Advanced Hearing Tests
We offer a free, no-obligation hearing test service at our Leicester centre – we are able to see our customers with full PPE to inspect their ability to hear and provide appropriate treatments. This can range from Tinnitus counselling to full hearing aid set-up and aftercare.
We make sure that the hearing tests are suited to each patient’s individual needs. This may include repeat follow-up appointments to get a hearing aid mould created and your hearing aid fitted.
Fast & Safe Ear Wax Removal
Our superb audiologists are fully qualified to provide Earwax Removal services. From water syringing to microsuction and manual removal – we are prepared for every type of earwax and every type of situation.
